Sus Vasquez is a professional female guitarist based in NYC and LA. Whether performing live or in the studio, she’s most known for her ability to different settings and styles of music.
Sus is currently featured as a Fender artist and sponsored by Taylor Guitars, Godin Guitars, Dunlop, Elixir Strings, Kemper, Takamine, Eventide, Walrus Audio and among others.
Sus has had the opportunity to work alongside with Billy Porter, Karol G, Luis Fonsi, Benson Boone, Jacob Collier, Lolo Zouaï, Blu DeTiger, Hope Tala, Renforshort, Fletcher, Anna Sofia, Maria Isabel and many more artists in the industry.
She is currently the guitarist for Grammy-winner and top-selling Latina artist Karol G, with whom she performed at the Coachella (2022), Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade (2020), Billboard WIM awards (2022), 21st Annual Latin Grammys Awards (2020), Austin City Limits (2021), Madison Square Garden (2022), CryptoArena (2022), NPR Tiny Desk Concert and many others. ‘
In 2022, Sus performed at The Ellen DeGeneres Show with Pop Star Benson Boone and at the Bloomingdales Holiday Display with Emmy, Grammy, & Tony Award-Winner Billy Porter.
In February 2020, Sus performed in Saudi Arabia with Luis Fonsi during his United Arab Emirates debut. Luis Fonsi is know for written the hit “Despacito” spent 16 weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 and earned four Latin GRAMMY Awards, including Song and Record Of The Year.
She was the guitarist for both Anuel and Karol G on their Culpables Tour in 2019, playing sold-out arenas and stadiums across 11 different countries in South America.
Participated on the Abraham Inc Europe Tour “Together We Stand” with recognized top high class musicians like Fred Wesley (James Brown), David Krakauer, Socalled among others.
